The current Chairman of the Sullustan Planetary Council is Rajzar Raoub. The story of Rajzar Raoub is rags to riches. As a lad Rajzar worked doing miscellaneous jobs to earn barely enough to eat. His parents always traveled the space lanes in old beat up freighters and his siblings did the dirtiest jobs around to avoid starvation.

Around the age of 13, Rajzar got his first pilots license and set out to get a job as a freighter pilot like his parents. After much searching, and indeed some begging, he managed to obtain a job. At first it seemed like a big adventure but he was never happy in his work, slaving all day for someone else's benefit. However, the money was enough for him to eat two meals every day and afford a place to live along with the occasional clothing purchase. He bounced around from freighter firm to freighter firm and when he was in his mid 30s he had a stroke of good luck.

Rajzar showed incredible mental aptitude and was taken on as an aide by a member of the Senate. He truly shone and although the pay was not very good he gained valuable experience. With time he served as a junior senator assisting his mentor in the daily routine of politics. When his mentor, the senator, perished in a fluke landspeeder accident he ran for the senator's spot and was defeated.

Eager to return home he didn't let the defeat crush his hopes of planetary involvement. He used all his influence to be appointed to a vacancy on the Sullustan Planetary Council when Ggruub Nyuub retired. He sponsored several important bills that paved the way for the SoroSuub Corporation to start up. One of the bills, SSCb4876 opened bidding to mineral extractors for several valuable, government owned, deposits. This bill, in addition to its sister bill of SSCb9763, which opened bidding to mineral extractors for nearby moons, helped revitalize Sullust's waning industry.

Rajzar used the momentum, and corporate support, to push forward getting social reforms that instituted social security and a social welfare system. Additionally, he founded a roundtable that is seeking financing for affordable housing projects. With each new bill Rajzar gained more power and continued helping the downtrodden Sullustans.

At the age of 46 he ran against Hbubaba Suuv and became the youngest elected councilor in Sullust's history. Seeing the die as cast the other councilors voted him their Chairman, a position he has since held.

Rajzar, now a spy 50 years of age, continues his work to propel Sullust's industry forward while also working to create tourist attractions on the planet. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of the SoroSuub Corporation.
